Istanbul Health and Technology University is a university that aims to raise democratic individuals who have professional competence with a contemporary education system, who can produce projects beneficial to society by discovering their own competencies, who are research-oriented, who serve societies on a global scale, and who will have a say at the forefront of medicine and science.
Istanbul Health and Technology University Student Council is the legal representative of all students at the university, consisting of representatives elected by the votes of the students of our university, following the footsteps of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and standing by you in all your problems. The Student Council does not have any political views or opinions. It continues its duty in a completely impartial and objective manner.
As the student council, our primary duty is to share your problems with the necessary units and university administration as quickly as possible so that you can have a comfortable education during your time at ISTUN. We will work with all our strength to realize all kinds of innovations and regulations that will benefit you at our university and to contribute to your qualified and accumulated education. We will work together for us to become participatory, questioning, sensitive citizens in the face of social problems, to become equipped to carry the goal and awareness of contemporary civilization, and for our nation to reach a much brighter tomorrow.
We, as the Student Council, will support you in all the decisions you will take or the issues you need help with.
We wish to spend periods in which we will always feel the privileges of being from ISTUN.
